Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in supporting/engaging with Director.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing programs independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work successfully with teams across the organization.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Street smarts and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with all functions in the company
- Knowledge of all functions in the Business Process Company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is plus)
