Responsibilities :
handling end to end process administrative tasks
Performing as Personal Assistant tasks, distributing information, reporting, managing diary and schedule
Preparing and organizing meeting material, report in Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and appointments
Preparing and editing correspondence reports
Liasing with CEO and Employee or Client
Qualifications :
Degree in Secretary, Business Administration, Mandarin language
Having 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Strong in MS Office skill especially Microsoft Excel
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
Well organized person, having time management skill, detail oriented and pro active
