Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle communications, including emails and phone calls, with proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Perform personal errands and assist with various day-to-day tasks as needed.
• Assist in managing personal and professional projects, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
• Support in research and presentation preparations, showing keen attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and tasks.
• Must own a bike and have a valid driving license, as the role requires mobility within Bali.
