Personal Assistant

Responsibilities 

- Assist in negotiations 

- Assist with small errands (find, booking, select)

- Communicate with contractors and partners

- Conduct research on specific topics, provide reports

- Search tasks: gathering information and structuring it. There will be a lot of non-obvious issues that you will need to figure out how to do

- Handle operational and personal tasks as they arise

- Support operational processes: streamline/automate/accelerate everything that goes on around you.

Qualification 

-Ideally experience in a similar position 

-Knowledge of Bahasa and English (ideally with Russian )

-Willingness and ability to work hard 

- Proactive 

-Good communication skills

-Based in Bali
