Description
- Technical Support to Channel Partners:
- Provide effective technical assistance to channel partners, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving challenges they encounter during the installation, operation, and maintenance of our Industrial Printing solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, offering expertise and guidance to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of our products.
- Conduct on-site visits, remote consultations, and training sessions to support channel partners
- Project Proposal Solutions:
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to review project proposals and provide technical input to develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements and project objectives.
- Analyze project specifications, technical drawings, and customer needs to propose innovative printing solutions, including equipment configurations, software integrations, and workflow optimizations.
- Prepare technical documentation, including project plans, specifications, and feasibility studies, to support the sales process and facilitate project implementation.
- Product and Industry Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Industrial Printing products, capabilities, and applications, staying abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify emerging trends, evolving customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Leverage your product and industry expertise to provide strategic insights, technical recommendations, and competitive positioning to drive product development initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and technical seminars to educate channel partners on our products, technologies, and best practices.
- Create training materials, manuals, and technical documentation to support ongoing learning and development initiatives for channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve training programs to ensure they align with the evolving needs of our channel partners and customers.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering,.
- Proven experience in a technical role within the Industrial Printing industry, with a focus on providing technical support, solving complex issues, and training channel partners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying root causes, developing innovative solutions, and implementing effective resolutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Industrial Printing products, processes, and technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for customers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as needed.
