Technical Manager  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Operations Team to ensure timely and successful execution of construction and interiors projects.
• Review and validate all cost analyses before submission of quotations to clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Oversee sales support, project support, and marketing support personnel, providing guidance and support as needed to optimize their performance and contribution to the company's objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that operational processes and procedures are aligned with sales objectives and strategies.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure effective project management and client satisfaction.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform operational decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Operations Management, preferably in the Construction or Interiors Industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Project Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
