• Utilize a multifaceted approach to identify top-tier candidates, including active and passive sourcing methods.
• Conduct rigorous candidate interviews and assessments, evaluating qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment.
• Manage the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Share market intelligence with clients, enabling data-driven talent decisions.
• Identify emerging talent pools and niche opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Negotiation and Offer Management:
• Guide candidates through salary negotiations and facilitate offer acceptance.
• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for placed candidates.
• Maintain meticulous records of candidate and client interactions using our advanced CRM system.
• Generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics and evaluate outcomes.
• Compliance and Ethical Practices:
• Strictly adhere to all relevant recruitment and employment regulations and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business management, Engineering, and hospitality) is preferred.
• Proven success in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a cross-industry context.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
