What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our rapidly growing media business. We have one of the highest penetration of parents in our community which is why some of the biggest industry names continue to partner with us on our market-leading solutions in the areas of data, content, commerce, and community to name a few.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic account management plan to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Identify and understand customer needs and proactively propose appropriate products, services, and solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance knowledge, share best practices, and contribute to professional growth.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets, meet deadlines, and uphold the company's core values and standards of performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in any related field minimum 5 years experience in a similar role include sales for products such as media, research, or events
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills as this role will require you to work closely with cross functional teams and business leaders

- Native Indonesian, Good command in English writing and speaking
