Job Description:
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers in banking Industry for HCS-IDN
- Having good analytical thinking to assess customer requirements, needs, and pain points
- Develop effective sales strategy & approach (short-term and long-term plan) from leads generation until sales closing
- Having strong sales orientation and mindset in Banking technology & solutions (hardware, software, and service)
- Provide comprehensive weekly sales progress report and detail sales action plan for each account
- Generate new customers fo HCS-IDN
- Having proven track records & experiences in B2B sales in banking industry min 5 years
- Having experience in self-service machine; such as ATM (automated teller machine), CDM (Cash Deposit Machine), CRM (Cash Recycling Machine), EDC and baking software solutions is most preferable
- Having basic knowledge regarding flow in self service machine including its oepration process and bank's business and operaiton know how in general
- Having strong relationships and networks in banking industry (Government banks, private banks, BPDs, BPRs) in Indonesia
- Having proven experience to participate in complex tender process (registration, presentation, POC, proposal preparation & submission, negotiation, e-auction/e-bidding, contract closure)
- Having driving license & own vehicle
- Min 28 years old and max 35 years old
- Having good presentation, effective communication, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Possess good behavior, positive attitude, and integrity
