AlamatOur client is a player in the tropical fashion brand with over 10 global stores.
They are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Manager to help expand their clientele in the fashion world.
You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and business strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales, expanding the market and forging strong relationships with clients.
This position is open for both Expats (with working experience in Asia) and Indonesian talents.
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as a business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role for the last five years.
- Proven track record of successful sales and wholesale management, preferably in the Retail Industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong market knowledge with a solid understanding of sales principles and techniques

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused on sales targets that align with the overall business direction and brand consistency.
- Conduct regular visits, trainings and meetings with distributors sales and technical teams as well as channels/dealers.
- Identify and approach potential clients, projects or new markets to create new business opportunities
- Ability to do market analysis and product comparison with competitors.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
- Ability to communicate and liaise with clients to resolve all sales enquiries.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies for market penetration.
- Report on sales performance as well as necessary suggestions and implementations for improvement
