SALES MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Selling elevators, escalators and travellators according to the predetermined target.
- Work closely with main contractors, MEP consultant, developers, and quantity surveyors.
- Analyzing elevators & escalators market in Indonesia to achieve sales target.
- Providing quotation, supporting documents and specifications to contractors, consultants or owners.
- Creating and maintaining relationship with new and existing customers.
- Contributing to the achievement of company in terms of revenue, profit and number of units sold.
QUALIFICATION:
- Maximum 50 years old.
- Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial), Architecture, Marketing, Business or Economy.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales / Marketing Elevator & Escalator business, Construction, Plumbing, Generator, Air Conditioner and Alarm.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Persuasive & confident.
- Proficient in Ms. Office.
