Job role
The role is a part of the sales and marketing team its main function is ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of a company’s sales effort. It supports a company’s sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales tools to provide direct sales force enablement.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sales toolkit (product and service presentations, brochures, business cases, and commercial offers).
- Maintain company CRM and sales forecasting tools.
- Support Sales Director in drafting yearly sales strategy.
- Ensuring that all sales material align to all regulatory changes.
- Monitors industry/market trends and developments.
- In directly engage in internal and filed sales visits if required.
- Support Sales team in drafting commercial offers or responding to tenders.
- Liaise with operation department for customer onboarding.
- Liaise with Finance department for invoicing.
- Organize at least 1 yearly client event,
- Suggest attendance and sponsorship to other industry events.
Position Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Sales experience/background, in companies that provide services and solutions to lenders, financial institutions in general and service providers like, telcos, ecommerce, or financial institutions.
- Preferably with previous experience in FSI.
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Must have good leadership and interpersonal skills. Determined, Sociable, Self-Driven.
- Advances user of Excel Pivot, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Advance in sales forecasting tools.
- English proficiency is A MUST (Communication)
