Job Description:
- To introduce products, develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers in order to get new business
- Develop a client base by networking, calls, follow-ups, and business-to-business marketing trips visits
- Design and deliver business presentations and software demonstrations in a clear, accurate and fascinating approach
- Respond to client or prospect queries, produce proposals, reports, and other supporting literature
- Address client issues about products or services and transmit them to relevant internal parties, such as technical teams or other decision-makers
- To meet the company's sales targets, work both individually and as a team
- Market and promote product and service portfolios by creating and designing sales strategies, such as conducting seminars and visiting industry events
Requirements:
- Excellent sales skills and a strong desire to sell
- A high level of technical knowledge and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels, both internally and externally
- Candidate must have great public speaking skill
- Fluent in English both written and speaking
- Understand SEO, SEM, Google ads, Google analytic and Website
- Must have experience as a sales, marketing, or consultant of HRIS solutions or HR Software industry
