Job Responsibilities:
- To provide technical solution to the clients.
- Perform and handling technical issues that faced by clients/customers (especially after-sales, if any).
- Perform technical services in terms of fixture, install, repair and maintain equipment [products: cooking sterilizer].
- Provide reports as requested, including a general weekly report (work plan and technical maintenance/repairs report).
- To stay abreast of technical issues of products and machines (used equipment/machine, maintenance for after sales).
- To liaise with respective team-members in an effective way and problem solving to assure that clients/customers get good respond and support required.
- To maintain a high level of professional work behavior in dealing with clients and co-workers and factory in overseas.
Requirements:
- Vocational School/Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Technical or equivalent
- Technical education or college level in engineering background or similar relevant experience
- Having a minimum two (2) years of relevant working experience in machinery & equipment industry will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with a linear educational background are encouraged to apply for this position
- Able to use Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Email
- Team-player and strong coordination skills
- Required language: English and Bahasa
- Can drive (Point Plus)
- Willing to travel in Indonesia to visit customer
- Under 30 years old
