Job Descriptions:
- Establish and maintain good communication with owners and/or tenants both directly and indirectly, including by conducting visits to related parties.
- Conduct socialization of all information that must be conveyed (related to Building Management) using various forms of information media to owners and tenants.
- Receive and respond well to questions, requests, and or complaints submitted by residents and provide a quick and appropriate response in accordance with existing regulations.
- Coordinate monitor and cooperate with existing departments to follow up requests and/or complaints related to building facilities and other administrative needs in a fast and integrated manner.
- Manage procedures for the use of shared facilities, including usage schedules and coordination as well as coordination with other departments.
- Manage agreements for the use of common areas and building management.
- Carry out the process of handing over the area from and to the tenant in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Manage the implementation of the granting of Entry and Exit Permits and Work Permits to Tenants and the fulfillment of Tenant submissions / requests both requests for Executive Lift Access, Subscription Parking adjusted to the quota of each unit.
- Perform data input process into the Information System Program and make reports in connection with the use of electricity, water, air conditioning, telephone and Cable TV and other data for the relevant Department.
- Ensure the implementation of FitOut in accordance with established regulations, including matters related to administration, technical documents, periodic monitoring of work and finalization of implementation.
- Provide communication assistance in collection activities in accordance with invoices issued by the company.
- Actively communicate verbally and in writing to related parties in connection with changes in tenant data and policies taken in accordance with the scope of responsibility and authority in accordance with management direction and other matters related to Tenant Relations.
- Other tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor or Management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor (S1) or equivalent;
- Have minimum 1 year experience as Tenant Relations Officer in Office Building
- Good communication skills, proficient in English, Mandarin will be a plus
- Able of working individually or as a part of a team;
- Maintain accountability, honest, and transparent working results;
- Service oriented person
- Willing to be placed in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
