Job Description
- Develop overall marketing programs for assigned product line in order to contribute to the achievement of sales target
- Analyze market trend and potential of product development opportunity
- Build brand strategy and effective plan to achieve business, and growing brand equity in the meantime
- Set tactical marketing plans, product development projects with clear KPI for assigned brands
- Develop brand communication strategies base on market insight, brand objectives to ensure the consistency across the time
- Lead product development projects and work with internal stakeholders to ensure the smoothly product supply
Key Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling marketing and brand for products; preferable from FMCG or Cigarette Industry
- Understands product cycle management, product life-cycle improvement and program innovations
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to negotiate, persuade and influence related 3rd parties
- Active FOOM user
