Responsibilities :
1. Collecting and analyzing data to prepare reports that support decision-making for the BOD.
2. Preparing necessary documentation, such as presentations, proposals, and contracts.
3. Conducting market research or gathering information to assist executives in making informed business decisions. This may involve competitor analysis, customer surveys, or researching industry trends.
4. Providing support for projects by coordinating with team members, tracking project progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
5. Providing direct support to BOD by preparing for meetings and performing any personal assistant tasks as required.
Qualifications :
1. At least Bachelor degree majoring Graphic design, Business Administration or related
2. Min 2 years experience as a Graphic designer/Business Analyst/Business Development/Personal Assistant or related
3. Highly initiative
4. Have a good communication and analytical thinking skill
5. Excellent at Ms. Office, Spreadsheet, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw
6. Willing to travel if needed
