Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Business Development or a related field.
- Preferable who also had knowledge in property industry including construction processes.
- Advanced proficiency in English is required for this role.
- Strong understanding of project landed housing, condominium, commercial, mall, or even township business plan, feasibility studies, market trends, and data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- High proficiency in Computer applications, such as: Ms. Word, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environments
Job Descriptions
- Prepare analyst reports, feasibility studies, and business plan for future project.
- Giving recommendations to management and other stakeholders related to project business plan.
- Manage projection estimation in line with marketing trends and customer behavior.
- Gathering data on market trends, customer preferences, competitors, and other necessary data for future products and Business Development.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure the products remain competitive in terms of quality, design, and pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and business partners (including some tenant for commercial area plotting).
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, including defining project timelines, coordinating activities, and ensuring successful execution of product launches. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business plans into realistic product with visible marketing strategies.
