Business Development Assistant Manager

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum 6 years’ experience in Business Development or a related field.
3. Preferable who also had knowledge in property industry including construction processes.
4. Advanced proficiency in English is required for this role.
5. Strong understanding of project landed housing, condominium, commercial, mall, or even township business plan, feasibility studies, market trends, and data analysis.
6. Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and analytical skills.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment.
9. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
10. High proficiency in Computer applications, such as: Ms. Word, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Excel
11. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environments

Job Descriptions

1. Prepare analyst reports, feasibility studies, and business plan for future project.
2. Giving recommendations to management and other stakeholders related to project business plan.
3. Manage projection estimation in line with marketing trends and customer behavior.
4. Gathering data on market trends, customer preferences, competitors, and other necessary data for future products and Business Development.
5. Conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure the products remain competitive in terms of quality, design, and pricing.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and business partners (including some tenant for commercial area plotting).
7. Oversee the end-to-end product development process, including defining project timelines, coordinating activities, and ensuring successful execution of product launches. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business plans into realistic product with visible marketing strategies.
9. Other duties as assigned by direct Superior.
