JOB SUMMARY: 

• Conduct research on industries, economics, or any other topics requested by clients and create the report
• Collect data through surveys, interviews, desk research, FGD, etc
  Deliver research findings to internal and external parties through publication and presentation
• Conduct meetings or discussions with local associates, companies, clients, and other parties to build a network and gain information
• Visit clients to gain relationships
• Maintain connection with local companies, associations, and group companies
• Must keep updated with Indonesia’s current situation (economic, industry trends, regulation, and law, politics, etc)
• Listen to any queries from clients and able to give feedback in a quick manner
• Assist Group Head in day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with the Group Head in dealing with any issues or problems within the team
• Support in checking and reviewing team members’ research material and making recommendations
• Cover Group Head’s tasks when they are not available or out of office

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:

• Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in International Relations, Economics, Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent major
• Language: Fluent in English both oral and written is mandatory
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the research field
• Have good knowledge of economics, investment, industries, and world issues
• Having a Certification in Financial Analysis will be a plus point
• Logical and capable of structuring and hypothesizing findings, and able to provide solutions and validate with data-driven approaches
• Good analytical thinking and skillful in both quantitative and qualitative research
• Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
