Business Development Specialist

What You Will Do:

• Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives
• Convert opportunities from pipelines to sales
• Understanding client needs - prepare and deliver proper demos/meetings for solutioning
• Follow up with the sales processes
• Maintain healthy sales pipelines

What You Should Bring to the Role:

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit
• Have previous working experience as a Business Development personnel, preferably in a SaaS company, IT System Integrator or similar fields
• Have sufficient technical understanding of software implementation, as well as basic technical knowledge, and able to appreciate technical aspects of real-time communication technologies
• Experience in IT system integration and consulting (being a principal is a good plus)
• Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to management
• Possess the ability to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points while doing so remotely/physically where necessary
• Have an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, both online and offline
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
