Responsibilities
- Acquiring and retaining dealers to actively engage in transactions.
- Cultivating relationships and trust with dealers.
- Increasing sales for each business unit.
- Generating innovative ideas for Business Development.
- Conducting market research and regular Business Development studies.
- Ensuring smooth operation of dealer activities.
- Developing plans, marketing activities, and promotions for retail business (dealers).
- Generating reports and evaluations related to the performance of retail programs involving dealers.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia's digital ecosystem and e-commerce.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and target-driven.
- Having experience in both online and offline retail businesses is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills.
