Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development professional. The Business Development professional will be responsible for analyzing market trends, generating leads, conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, and providing excellent customer service to maintain client relationships. The Business Development professional will also collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure we are meeting clients needs and providing the highest quality of care.

• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Customer service skills and experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry is a plus
• Familiarity with Indonesian market trends is a plus
