About the Role 

You will be expected to ramp up the B2B arm of the RevoU business in Indonesia. While we are mostly known for providing a world-class education to students who want to excel in today's dynamic job market, behind the scenes we are actively facilitating our client's recruitment processes and offer a range of B2B services & tools to our B2B partners as a key pillar of our business and our long term vision.

We are doubling down on building this B2B arm and are looking for an extraordinary individual with the ambition to make a lasting and sustainable difference in how people unlock their potential and how organizations can empower their people.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial builder who has a proven track record of supporting a successful B2B organization and is ready to step up his/her game and do some of the best, most impactful, and most rewarding work of his/her life.

More specifically you will be expected to:

  • Market Research: Identify potential customers, emerging trends, and new market segments by analyzing industry landscapes, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and pitch presentations for potential clients or partners. This includes creating compelling business cases, conducting financial analyses, and outlining value propositions.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: negotiations with partners, government institutions, or universities to secure favorable deals and agreements. They ensure that terms and conditions align with the company's goals and interests.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Proactively address concerns, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies. This includes assessing revenue growth, customer acquisition metrics, conversion rates, and other relevant data.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various internal teams, such as SDR, Program team, Operations, and Finance. Align strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements 

What would the best profile look like:

  • 2-3 years experience in sales and negotiation and able to effectively communicate the value proposition of RevoU company's services, influence decision-makers, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written. In specific, being able to build relationships and having the ability to create rapport for establishing trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Have a creative and problem-solving-minded to find innovative solutions to business challenges, possess creative thinking abilities to identify unique approaches, overcome obstacles, and seize opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking: able to think strategically and have a keen understanding of the broader business landscape. Be able to identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and devise effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • Highest standards: impeccable attention to detail and high standards approach to your work. You can read more here on what we mean by having a culture of high standards.
