Job Descriptions:
- Receive, identify and follow up on tenant complaints by becoming a mediator with management in solving problems in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular tenant visits according to predetermined targets.
- Update the latest changes in tenant data (owners and/or tenants) in the field.
- Convey and socialize all official information (rules, events, etc.) to tenants.
- Prepare reports on administrative complaints and settlement of tenants / customers.
- Manage tenant operations (handover of units, permits for goods to enter and leave, renovation permits, deposit returns, etc.).
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Customer Relations in high-rise building.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
