Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service English Agent located in Yogyakarta. The Customer Service English Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat. They will also be required to maintain customer relations and handle administrative tasks in an efficient and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Have a minimum D3/ S1
- Fluent in English
- Experience as a customer support min 1 year will be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectiv
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Willing to work shifting hour
