Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Having experience as Executive Assistant/Secretary for minimum 5 years
- Good communicational skill
- Able to do multi tasking
- Quick chat responses time
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedule and agenda for BOD
- Arrange travel plan and itineraries
- Preparing accommodation and transportation such as: ticket, hotel, insurance, visa and any travel documents related
- Responsible for communicating with internal and external parties on behalf of BOD
- Filing any documents related to BOD
