We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who possesses strong analytical skills. This role will primarily involve traditional executive support tasks while also requiring the ability to analyze, synthesize, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives.
- Develop and manage complex Google Sheets templates for various purposes, such as data tracking, project management, and reporting.
- Maintain organized physical and digital documentation systems, ensuring that all relevant documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings, and summarize complex minutes into clear and actionable reports for executive review.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Arrange complex itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executives, optimizing time and cost efficiency.
