Job Responsibilities:
- Handling legal and administrative documents in connection with the assets of the company;
- Managing schedules for business trips;
- Coordinating and liaising with the internal team and external parties;
- Reviewing and checking invoices and documents sent by vendors or suppliers;
- Monitoring and checking team activities;
- Responsible for data collections and maintenance of the Company's assets;
- Responsible for the administration of employees' or team members' needs;
- Undertaking general administrative tasks to facilitate daily operations, as well as contributing to the Company's streamlined workflow.
Job Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree (S1 or equivalent with S1)
- Having experiences with a minimum of 2 years as in a related position;
- Having excellent skills in Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt);
- Being responsive, communicative, responsible, disciplined and honest;
- Having excellent written and verbal communication in English and other foreign languages;
- Being able to work under pressure;
- Having a good leadership and being able to work as an individual and a team
