- Prepares and maintains official corporate notices, records, and actions of the Board of Management and ensures compliance with statutory reporting requirements
- Arrange Board of Management Meeting, prepare minutes of the Board meeting and communicates with stakeholders
- Provides a full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Board of Management, exercising confidentiality, tact & diplomacy
- Communicate directives and information from the Directors to executives, manager, and other members in the organization and follows up on the status of assignments.
- Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email
- Maintains files, track expenses, records, calendars, and diaries; arrange business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Linguistics/Languages, Personal Services, Secretarial, or equivalent.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office Excell, PPT, Words, Visio.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sudirman
- Preferably specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Communicate well both in spoken and written language
- Excellent in written & spoken English is a must
- Well Organised and concern for detail
- Able to perform excellent administrative support for Board of Management
