Main Job & Responsibility
- Ensure & inspecting facilities program on track schedule (PPM) & cost.
- Prepare damage reports & CAPA.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations on our site
- Manage Technician (coaching and training)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Facility Management, engineering (Civil, Electrical, or mechanical) or business administration.
- Familiar with administration & Project Management
- Experience on same industry and position at least 3 years.
- Familiar with reporting Program

- Communication & Leadership skills
- Planning skills (Planned Preventive Management, Costing OPEX-CAPEX)
- Problem analysis (Reactive – Repair activities)
- Strong on Building Technical (Civil, Electrical)
- Experience in general maintenance. This includes repairs and renovations, grounds maintenance and electrical engineering.
