Job Description:
- Handles many branches on a national scale
- Responsible for Soft Services and Hard Services of the office, ensuring the PPM (Preventive Plan Maintenance) running on schedule and operation running well.
- Manage all in scope service deliverables including Asset management, Space Planning, Waste Tracker, HSE, Utilities Consumption, Engineering, Housekeeping, Office Consumables, Helpdesk.
- Prepare, plan, and supervise all types of engineering work related to maintenance and repair in Office, building structures, exterior design, interior design, HVAC, generators, electrical transformers, biomedical tools, food and beverage cooking facilities, freshwater plans, and sewage treatment.
- Ensuring that all staff, supervisors, executives, managers, and all those under Project have carried out the work correctly following Company and Customer standards.
- Handle Office renovation, expand, relocation, and new building.
- Control Capex, Opex and improve margin.
- Provide solution for customer and company to improve value add services.
Qualification:
- Education minimal bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably from Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
- Has strong knowledge and experience in Building Management / Facility Management.
- At Least 3 years of working experience as Manager in Facility Management Services Company or Building Manager, General Affair Manager.
- Preferably have General K3 Expert Certification and Facility Management Certification.
- Deep understanding about Facility Services Management, strong sense of Business & Financial Acumen.
- Proficient in MS. Office, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DMax
- Have a Good Communication and Presentation Skill
