Responsibilities:
- Responsible for facility maintenance and repair as day-to-day operations in a whole client’s site
- Managing the overall operational concerns and services, including safety and security, housekeeping, receptionist, and maintenance of the equipment, and supplies.
- Lead the facilities operations team
- Maintain the service level of service contracts and vendors that are appropriate
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university majoring in mechanical, electrical engineering, or any other relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, including experience in a managerial capacity managing the operations of a 24x7
- Good communication skills, including a good command of English.
- Good personal and interpersonal skills.
- An organized person and a team player.
- Proven managerial and leadership skills.
