👑 Job Role
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and other financial presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and participate in special projects as needed.
- Prepare and analyse budget realization reports, comparing actual results to budget and providing variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and assist in the preparation of regulatory filings.
⛩️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Have minimum 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and concise insights.
- Fluent in both oral and written English, Chinese is an advantage
