Senior Manager, Logistics Finance Business Partner-Jakarta

Team and Role Introduction:
LEX (Lazada Express) is the important logistics pillar to support the growth of Lazada, delivering the purchased items from sellers to buyers on time in full.The LEX Finance Business Partner role is an individual contributor, reporting to Regional LEX FBP. The role will work very closely with local LEX team in Indonesia independently, including senior leadership, regional LEX FBP, regional LEX team. The role will also work with other functions like Controller, FP&A, Procurement, etc.
Responsibilities:
-Act as a strategic partner to the business leaders by providing financial insight and support to drive business growth and profitability.
-Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial review process for LEX in Indonesia, ensuring accurate and timely financial plans.
-In depth analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
-Monitor and control the financial performance of the business unit and identify areas of risk, proposing solutions to mitigate those risks.
-Provide financial support for regional and local business initiatives, including automation investments, network planning, partnerships, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-More than 6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning, and control, preferably in the logistics industry.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
-Strong business acumen with a track record of supporting business growth and profitability.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
-Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior management.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
-Growth mindset, and ability to challenge the status quo.
-Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
-Experience with SAP, Anaplan, analytics tools, or other financial systems is a plus.
