Responsibilities:
Administrative
- Apply registration and extension of certificates and qualifications
- Manage office leases, company assets, office supplies, business gifts, software, telecom, internet and social media
- Handle matters related to chambers of commerce and associations
- Organize meetings and exhibitions
- Plan and execute advertising and publicity
- Receive and entertain visitors
- Arrange business trip itinerary
- Handle document translation, notarization and certification
Human Resources
- Handle recruiting, hiring, onboarding and terminating
- Manage social security and medical insurance
- Manage outsourced employees
- Handle HR-related documents such as labor plans, visas, residence permits and invitation letters
- Write and submit HR-related reports
- Collect and study HR-related laws and regulations
Assistant
- Provide secretarial supports to the chief representative
