Major Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition from recruit to performance management and succession planning.
- Manpower Planning. Create manpower plan together with stakeholders and board of management.
- Talent Management, includes all the way that organizations bring employees on board, keep them happy and productive, and help them continue to develop their skills over time.
- People Operation, to supports employee engagement and productivity also maintain strong relationships between employees.
- Employer and Employee's branding.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from Human Resources management or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience as Human Resource Professional, with 5 years' experience as Manager.
- Strong in talent acquisition and talent management.
- Have working experience as Senior Manager in recruitment or talent acquisition role is preferred.
- Willing to work extra hours including weekends is a must.
- Data mindset person.
- Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is a plus point.
- Integrity.
