Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end management of marketing strategy and initiatives to drive platform growth including DAU and MAU
- Collaborate with Budget and Planning team to effectively allocate marketing budget and plan marketing mechanics to reach platform target
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and create actionable initiatives and execution plans
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless and timely implementation
- Support content planning, artwork briefing e.g. banner, microsite for related projects if needed
- Monitor and review key commercial/marketing metrics to provide insights and deliver findings using suitable visualization and reporting tools to support decision-making
- Support other special projects as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field
- A minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing strategy, performance marketing or data analytics, specifically in e-commerce and food delivery environments will be a plus
- Strong structural thinking and analytical ability to identify business opportunities and drive actionable plan with data support
- Strong executional abilities (bias for action), project management and cross-functional stakeholder management
- Possess can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English with creative mindset
