Job Description :
- Manage a sales force that can deal with small and large customers, as well as partnership and other possible channel
- Responsible for business growth and achievement Of Sales objectives within targeted profitability at designated area
- Be accountable of all activities and P&L within scope including direct selling from retail store and indirect selling for partnership buyers.
- Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities.
- Implement strict control of order taking, delivery, merchandising and consumer engagement at store level to match Picture of Success.
- Ensure full-scope implementation Of Sales and distribution routines.
- Pilot, adapt and roll-out Route-To-Market initiatives.
- Take full leadership of execution and change management.
- Accountable Of Sales forecasts and supply chain synchronisation within scope.
- Inspire, develop, manage and lead team by reviewing and driving team performance, grow and retain top talents.
- Ensure financial compliance, provide regular reports and market or competitors monitoring.
Requirements :
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in FMCG Industry with minimum 3 years as Head of Sales.
- Strong experience in Local and Multinational FMCG Company
- Great communication skills with strong English command in both written and verbal
- Proven track record in growing sales and business
- Experience in managing more than 200 people team
- Strong understanding in channel B2B, B2C and Ecommerce
- Willing to work mobile to visit all company’s branches
