Helpdesk Transmedical Medilink

Responsibilities

1. Provide frontline support for clients and healthcare professionals using Transmedical services.
2. Assist clients in navigating and utilizing the Transmedical platform effectively.
3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, conveying feedback and resolving issues promptly.
4. Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

1. Ready to be placed in Cibubur and Bintaro
2. Health or medical background.
3. Experienced in claim administration and reimbursement claim processing.
4. Experienced in serving as a claims analyst in insurance/TPA.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
