Responsibility :
- In charge as HR Representative for Projects. As HR Representative responsible to build the communication between Management, Employee and Stakeholders on each units
- Investigate, prepare, propose Warning Letter Draft to Head of HR & IR to sign and execute it.
- Prepare Travel Request Form, Travel Cost Cash Advance and coordinate with Recruitment Admin, HR Admin and Operation Admin related to employee relocation.
- Coordinate with HR Admin related to Personnel Action Form (PAF), execute and inform Employee related to PAF
- Be government liaison by compile and synthesize relevant policy changes, circulars, by-laws, instructions, and governmental strategies and propose action plans for Company related to government policy changes.
- Assist Head of HR & IR on execute employee termination
- Assist Site's PIC to prepare documents needed and contact third party (Notary, Government, etc) related to manage operational license.
- Be a part of new project’s mobilization team represent HR Department
Requirements :
- Min. 5 years of experience in the same position (HRBP or HRIR)
- Computer literate (Especially Ms. Excel)
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Procedure
- Has experience in dealing with unions will be point plus
- Willing to travel to Remote Site Area
