We seek a HR Manager with a strong background in recruitment and organization development to recruitment strategies and located in Tangerang Selatan.
Responsibilities:
- Managing HR functions: administration, recruitment, performance appraisal, employee relations, and disciplinary
- Creating HR Policies and procedures
- Develop and implement HR strategies in support of company's goals and objectives.
- Create, implement, and evaluate SOP for HR
- Work closely with other departments to create strategic planning and decisions
- Other related tasks assigned by the management.
Requirement:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Law
- Minimum 3 years of experiences as HR Manager
- Having HR certification will be beneficial
- English proficiency is a must
- Have a deep understanding about labor law, BPJS, WLK and government regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skill,
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
- Experienced in using HRIS
