Involves to design, manage and facilitate all Performance Management process that align to employee’s & business’ goal, including manage, monitor and measure Employee Engagement Survey and Employee Experience Journey, with details as below:
- Design and develop Performance Management process & system that align to employee’s & business’ goal
- Design performance planning, KPI cascading mechanism, execute and facilitate KPI cascading process
- Design and propose the individual performance measurement mechanism & monitor the progress of development needs
- Manage & develop Performance Management Platform to maintain Performance Management journey
- Design, conduct and facilitate development dialogue and feedback to maximize individual performance to achieve company goals
- Design & execute internal communication for PM internalization, including manage and conduct the employee engagement survey
- Analyze and monitoring the results and propose the key action plans for improvement
- Monitor and conduct the implementation of Employee engagement survey and result interpretation
- Design, execute and measure Employee Experience journey through e-NPS and/or Internal Customer Satisfaction metric to identify the moment of truth in inter department collaboration
