Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's HSE management system for construction projects
- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections of construction sites
- Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Provide HSE training and advice to construction site personnel
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders on HSE matters
- Prepare reports and documentation on HSE matters The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction HSE management
- HSE-related professional certification and/or accreditation
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations applicable to the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
