Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end HR process including but not limited to, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee development, organizational change, administrative tasks, etc.;
- Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including regular updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes;
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related;
- 3 to 5 years working experience as Human Resources Generalist;
- Deep understanding of Indonesia labor laws and regulations;
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in HR software and computer skills; and
- Able to join immediately.
