- Together with the management enhance, assess, and deliver new and existing ideas for company purposes.
- Create and manage HR calendar and timeline, based on management approvals.
- Plan, coordinate and manage all HR administrative functions of the organization.
- Performance management of all departments / employees.
- Training and self-improvement management to all new hires and/or existing employees.
- Serve as a consultant to assist and advise other managers on Human Resources issues
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
