REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. (Psychology or Law preferably)
- Age between 28-40
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Preferably in F&B / Restaurant business field experience.
- Can work in under pressure.
- Having the experience in start up company and foreign Company /PMA (Penanaman Modal Asing).
- Excellent in English both writing and speaking is a must.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for all aspects in HR, GA, and Legal.
- Good understanding in Payroll (Salary scale and structure, calculating tax 21, calculating BPJS for both Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan).
- Handle permit stay (RPTKA, Kitas/Kitas, SKTT, STM, etc)
- Strong Industrial Relation (PKWT/PKWTT,Bipartite,Tripartite, bridging employee and employer expectation).
- Able to recruit new employee in a short time.
- Can make good relation with government and union.
- Understand HSE will be advantage.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18000:2007, ISO 14000:2015
