Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Pyschology/Law/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years of working experience in HR.
- Able to create SOP, KPI, and budgeting.
- Experience in handle: recruitment, selection, negotiation, and HR Operational.
- Understand the process of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Understand UU Cipta Kerja and UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13/2003.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve company's target.
- Good communication skill and strong analytical skills.
- Ms. Office skills: intermediate.
- Fluent in English.
