JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Perform new installation of hardware, systems and software for all the product that we sell
2. Having good understanding at Smart Building Solution (FTTH and GPON, Data Network, Smart Room/Home, BAS, BIS, Parking Guidance System, Integrated Building Management System, Integrated Monitoring System), Smart Office, Smart City, IT Security Solution, Financial Technology Solution, IT and Software Solution
3. Upgrade and troubleshoots networks, hardware and software
4. Handle complain and documents all problems for future reference
5. Prepare schedule and perform periodic maintenance or preventive maintenance of all devices including back up all the data
6. Communicate with principal about the solution and troubleshooting
7. Perform training to user, owner and operator for all solution that delivered
8. Testing commissioning the system for each solution that we delivered

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Male max 30 years old
2. Having Minimum 1 Years Experience, fresh graduate welcome to apply
3. Minimum S1 Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Informatics Management, Computer Engineering, Electro Engineering, Industrial Engineering from Reputable/Leading University, GPA ≥ 3.00
4. Good Understanding about the Concept of ICT Technology and Solution
5. Fluent in English both Oral and Written
6. Familiar with CAD Tools for Technical Drawing
7. Excellent Communication, Presentation Skill and Attention to Detail
8. Strong Analytical and Good Problem Solving Skills
9. Strong Interest in the World of IT and Software Business and Solutions based on High Technology
10. Able to Work Under Pressure to Meet Deadline and Minimum Supervision
11. Autonomous, Flexible, Dynamic, Proactive, Initiative and Resourceful
