Marketing Management Support Associate  

The Marketing Management Support Associate is a member of the Marketing Management Team that is responsible in providing marketing support to dealers, dealer claims processing, dealer events, and sales promo management.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in project management, planning & execution of sales promotions, advertising, and collaboration with Toyota dealerships.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and implementation of monthly sales promotion activities
• Spearhead sales promotion activities and marketing strategies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales promotion
• Analyze and monitor market trends
• Collaborate with dealership to ensure consistent implementation of sales promotion
• Participate in events and roadshows to promote Toyota products and services
• Support to dealers in promoting the vehicles and services to customers
• Create marketing collaterals and showroom branding for dealers
• Develop dealer marketing activities subsidies and campaigns

Our perfect match:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, Communication or equivalent fields with a strong focus on sales and marketing
• You have the ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross functional teams
• You are willing to extend beyond regular work hours
• You are willing to travel for an Official business trips
• You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
• You can effectively explore alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties.
• You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
• You're able to consistently maintain high levels of activity or productivity; sustain long working hours when necessary; operate with vigor, effectiveness and determination over extended periods of time.
