Job Description
- Manage CEO schedule and calendar.
- Follow-up tasks given by the CEO.
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and assist in bookkeeping.
- Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure.
- Maintain electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
- Correspondence to internal and external parties.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements (ticketing and visa, both domestic and international).
- Handle administrative tasks for CEO's expenses, insurance, cars, working permit, etc.
- Handle the Director's daily personal-related request.
- Handle personal and family matters such as insurance, education, holiday travel, and medical appointments.
- Support functions and departments to seek approval from the CEO.
- Conduct research for reports as per request.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Experienced as a Personal Assistant for at least 2 years.
- Preferably have English skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures.
